Martínez Amores designed functional and elegant offices where natural light and the technical integration of our products define the spatial experience

The intervention is based on a clear, compact volume, with an aluminum composite panel envelope that defines the building’s exterior image. The ground floor is dedicated to logistics, while the upper floor houses the offices, fully open to the north to ensure constant natural light.
This strategic orientation is complemented by a custom lighting solution using Tecsoled technology, delivering uniform, glare-free light that enhances productivity and team well-being.
Silicone Neon Strip allowed us to accentuate the organic shapes of the facade. This type of product is ideal for demanding environments, where high resistance to temperature contrasts and abrasive external agents is essential.
In the interior of the building, Tecsoled’s technical lighting solutions have been carefully selected to integrate cleanly and effectively into the architectural design. Silicone 0410, this strip is specially designed for furniture, because of its small size, it does not need neither profile nor diffuser, as it has it integrated. All this allows a discreet and subtle installation.
Thanks to our technical advice, a combined strategy of general lighting and spot lighting was implemented, adjusted to the real needs of each area: corridors, offices, meeting rooms and common areas.
In this case, the selection of a warm color temperature, the homogeneous distribution of light beams and dimming according to use have set the guidelines for an efficient working environment without visual fatigue.
In addition to the sensory comfort in each space that a good design implies, our solutions provide key advantages for everyday use: energy efficiency, ease of installation and guaranteed long-term performance. The joint work with the Martínez Amores studio and the fluid coordination with the technical teams have been decisive for the entire lighting system to be integrated into the project without deviations or cost overruns.
"With Tecsoled we have been able to solve each situation with a precise solution, without overloading the design. Their technical advice and the quality of products such as Create have been key to achieving the result we were looking for.
