On May 23rd, the chosen date, and the location couldn’t have been more fitting. Quinta Canaima, a 19th-century Indo-Saracenic mansion, transformed into an unmatched setting to host a day filled with encounters, innovation, and inspiration.
Attendees had the opportunity to stroll through the expansive gardens, exploring the various novelties and outdoor lighting solutions prepared for the occasion. Later, in an interior space that housed the rest of the event, they were able to continue their journey, discovering solutions for both technical and decorative lighting.
The relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that prevailed in every corner was the very essence of the event. Attendees shared moments of warmth and camaraderie, creating an environment conducive to exploration, conversation, and mutual enrichment. In the ‘Lighting Design’ category, dedicated to industry professionals, the spectacular project Pazo da Buzaca, crafted by NAN Arquitectos, emerged as the well-deserved winner.
In the ‘Newcomer Designers‘ category, aimed at students and young designers, the recognition went to the luminaire ‘Elaisa,’ conceived by Dánae Castrillón and Manuel Delafuente.
