In the Forest

Maximising the feeling of immersion and integration in the forest and in nature. This is the fundamental premise of this integral sustainable housing project.

The combination of clean and refined lines is perfectly combined with efficient, careful and environmentally friendly lighting that gives the whole a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, accentuated by the colour temperature (3000K).

Swimming pool and terrace open up to the landscape and come into direct contact with nature. This union means that both elements, the project and the surroundings, become a whole that focuses the house on the outside and vice versa.

Both the water temperature and the pool lighting are programmed to play with cool tones in summer and warm tones in winter. This is possible thanks to Strip Water Led technology, which is a revolution in swimming pool lighting.

The exterior lighting highlights the materials and geometries of the building through the use of wallwashers and indirect lighting, both on columns and recessed into the ground.

The ground floor is conceived as an open and diaphanous space where the lighting creates a homogeneous whole.

Based on the challenge of connecting the interior with the exterior, the kitchen plays a crucial role in achieving this mimicry, integrating into the environment through a large window that eliminates the limits between the house and the forest. During the day, natural light invades the kitchen, amplifying the space, and when night falls, the central island takes centre stage, elegantly illuminated by the character and exclusivity of the JULIA luminaire.

The advanced sensor system integrated in the furniture (doors, drawers, cupboards, wardrobes, dressing rooms…) enhances the sustainability concept of the project and achieves minimalist, functional and efficient lighting.

An elegant dining area, as an extension of the living room, opens onto the terrace and connects the entire floor to the outside.

The NNR25 is the protagonist of this space. The most transgressive, dynamic, organic, fluid and fun proposal. Horizontal or vertical, wavy or straight. It allows all this and more.

In the bathroom, the light from the coving enhances the warmth of the wooden slats, increasing the contrast with the exterior. In the centre, the circular CURVE luminaire varies the lighting according to the amount of light its sensor receives, while adding character and personality to the room.

This intimate experience multiplies the feeling of relaxation and tranquillity in a corner dominated by a large frame of natural light.
